May. 2011 Robit Rocktools take over YoungPoong CND , The Company name changed to YP Robit Ltd.

Aug. 2010 The company name changed to YoungPoong CND Ltd.

Nov. 2005 Awarded export prize from Prime Minister.

Nov. 2004 Awarded export tower prize from Korea Industrial Department.

Mar. 2004 OEM Supply Contract with Atlas Copco Drilling Solutions - Transition of OEM Contract with Ingersoll Rand.

May. 2004 Obtained ISO 9001 Certificate.

Feb. 2004 Acquired Rock Tools Division from YoungPoong Mining & Construction Ltd.

Feb. 2004 Establishment of YoungPoong IR Ltd.

Jan. 2000 Strategic Agreement with Ingersoll Rand Corp. including OEM Supply Contract.

Jul. 1999 Merged into YoungPoong Mining & Construction Ltd.

Dec. 1976 Signed technical Cooperation agreement with Furukawa Mining Co. for the Production of Rock Drilling Tools.

Sep. 1974 YoungPoong Bit Industry Ltd. established.
