PC-30 is high sensitivity line scan camera that has adopted TDI(Time Delay & Integration) to solve sensitivity problem of line scan camera. In addition to the sensitivity, PC-30 has higher speed than common type of line scan cameras have, so that it is widely used at high end applications, for instance, PCB, flat panel display and semiconductor inspection, etc.

N Vision only can supply line scan camera solution having a variety of resolutions and speed and high sensitivity.

* Eclipse, High Sensitivity Line Scan Camera

TDI line scan camera has the highest brightness and high sensitivity that has approximate 100 times brightness than common type of line scan cameras. The camera has single tap and various kinds of functions high speed data rate up to 40MHz, pixel to pixel FPN/PRNU correction, programmable gain/offset and so on to be high performance camera having compact size that may be good for equipment integration.

The eclipse camera that has the best sensitivity of TDI camera has interface that is based on not camera link but LVDS, and it is being constantly used at either glass or wafer edge inspection, etc. In particular, the eclipse camera can be used for UV application as well owing to good blue responsivity.

* Multiple camera synchronization

You can connect two or more of cameras with one of frame grabber through Multisync to be given output of the camera at the same time.
