What is PBC (Poly Bio Calcium Carbonate) ?

PBC is made of non-chemical materials but mainly natural calcium carbonate stones.

PBC raw material, Calcium Carbonate mineral is mined and supplied from Vietnam, North Korea & China in superior extent.

It is Non-Toxic, Non-harmful, Heat Resistance up to 150°c, Recyclable, Stronger than PLA, and no cost fluctuation apart from Petroleum crisis. So it is specially suitable for Microwave Oven Trays boiling, cooking, heating etc.

*PBC resin is also supplied by us apart from complete units like molded trays, cups, table wares etc.

-Materials : 100% Bio degradable PBC. Stable supply without crisis like oil.

-Totally apart from Chemical, Oilic, Petroleum materials, Free from Oil Crisis

-Non-Toxic, Non-harmful approved by several authentified testing authorities.

Toxic index 0.27% at test (Tested by Korea railroad research institute)

-Recyclable, Superior resolvability under ground within 1-2 years at waste disposal.

-CE, UL certified its free from environmental crisis, Eco-Friendly

-Cost effective: 20%-100% more competitive than paper cup or PLA used units.

-Heating Resistance: Most suitable for Microwave Oven trays/cups

-The least CO2 measured at burning test: 1.23% only. (PP 80%, PLA 35%)
