Elecric-discharge preventative compound
Plastic as with the most nonconducting substances generates static electricity from friction or electromagnetic power. Precision electronics equipment may get affected and short-circuited by the static electricity. To prevent this, conductive filler or anti-electrical charge additives are used in manufacturing the plastic to disperse or head off the occurrence of the electric discharge by having the plastic act as if it is a conductive material. Our parts and case products are manufactured by using the conductive filler (or stainless fibers), by application of technology called ‘roll mixing milling’.
Conductive compound
Conductive compounds are used in packaging materials or in the processes of producing the parts especially as I.C. shipping tray and wafer carrier for sensitive electronic parts. Our conductive product Conpla utilizes the stainless fibers evenly distributed so that it takes on the reliable conductivity characteristics.
Shield compound
Electronics products where the drive to be compact, small and simple while offering as many functions as possible require plastic parts to have characteristics of electromagnetic shield as interference or consequential malfunction are attributed to the electromagnetic waves generated from the IC circuits. Cellular phones, laptop computers, camcorders and other communication devices are all processed with airbrushing of the shield paints to provide shield capacity to their housings. Our shield compound products uses the stainless fibers known as the most effective shield capacity in manufacturing the plastic, and are available in the form of master batch to help eliminate the secondary airbrushing process. The elimination of the costly and time-consuming process is a reliable solution for many manufacturers to cut down the cost and to become the environmentally friendly corporation.
