Description

A sabot is the package that carries the kinetic energy subprojectile while in the bore of the gun. Since the sabot mass is parasitic, any reduction in sabot mass increases velocity of the projectile, which increases both the range and the lethality of the round. High performance composite sabot is the solution for this reduction of sabot mass. 
DACC has developed this advanced composite sabot for the 105mm and 120mm gun tanks
