Usage and advantages
External thermal-insulation system for structures - finishing of marble, siding, composite panels, red bricks, base panels, etc.
Thin and smooth, it can be applied to columns, teams, corners, and other places where panel-type thermal insulators cannot be used.
It can block heat transfer by overlapping it.
Its anti-moisture layer helps block moisture and external winds.
It blocks heat transfer based on the principle of low radiation and high reflection.
Construction method
Cleaning the surface of the walls
Clean the walls on which the thermal insulator is to be installed.
Installing the heat-reflective thermal Insulator
Firmly install the thermal insulator on the wall using concrete nails.
The connection parts of the thermal insulator should be overlapped by over 5 cm and taped with the special tape for thermal insulators.
Wrap or extrude the thermal insulator (without cutting) in places where much heat transfer is expected, such as windows, columns, and beams.
Installing the exterior fitting material
Install the Anchor for fixing stone or steel truss onto the installed thermal insulator, then install the dry fitting material, such as stone, siding, gal ,alume steel plates, or composite panels. Make sure not to damage the thermal insulator when installing the stone angles. When welding the steel truss for composite panels, cover the thermal insulator to prevent it from being damaged by the welding fire. (Using a thin steel plate, weld the steel truss while holding the thermal insulator at an angle at the back of the welding part.)
