MORE-XEL from Bison Medical
The new generation of CO2 fractional resurfacing versatility
Stamp-method CO2 Fractional laser using a RF driver
MORE-XEL is a stamp-method CO2 Fractional laser using a RF driver, whose laser beams are minutely divided into micro units leaving normal tissues between beams so as to reduce direct skin damage and also lessen down time and thus accelerate rejuvenation of the skin. These properties make MORE-XEL ideal for treatment of acne scars, pore tightening, and various scars. It employs the PWM method, which enables user to adjust the unit pulses of the laser ranging from 10 per second to 3,000 per second and to set a mode that is fit for a skin condition and offer painless treatment sessions.
The MORE-XEL-assisted procedure is not simply to peel enlarged pore areas or acne scars, but is a treatment that can regenerate the skin from inside and fill treated areas. Furthermore, it is an epochal procedure that will deliver optimal results for the aging process of the skin.
Earlier lasers that were designed to take effects on the improvement of acne scars and wrinkles can regenerate targeted areas of the skin, but their treatment sessions would accompany high danger and severe pain as well as other side effects that cannot be easily treated. In addition, they require a long period of treatments and an ensuing long recovery time.
The MORE-XEL laser can solve all these types of problems; it leaves only a minimal wound on the skin and it needs only a short period of time so a patient can go back to normal daily routine right after treatment. Only one-time treatment can bring about a considerable effect, which allows the patient to reclaim the vigor of skin cells so as to have her/his fresh and elastic skin back.
The MORE-XEL laser procedure is a surgical method that can increase collagen synthesis in the skin and thus ensure the recovery of elasticity of the skin and the improvement of acne scars and wrinkles. A procedure requires 1~3 treatment sessions during the period of 3~4 weeks, where one session takes no more than 15 minutes. This laser treatment enables treatment of pigmentation, fine lines, and uneven skin tone in a short period of time.
Features of MORE-XEL 1. RF-Driver type
A high-powered, high-quality, high-precision, semi-permanent RF Driver is installed to ensure such differentiated effects as those of other products installed with glass tubes.
2. Stamp type
A stamp method in which beams are emitted all at once like stamping seals is employed to shorten a treatment session.
3. Homogenous beam size
Beams are radiated evenly on the skin through 49 spot holes so that homogenous energy penetrates the skin to induce a natural production of collagen inside.
4. Small spot size
Small spot sizes that embody fractional beam arrangements for skin remolding will reduce downtime and minimize possible pigmentation and pain.
5. Wide-range output modulation
The laser allows minute adjustments of output energy by way of one thousand steps ranging from 1 to 120 mJ.
6. Installation of sound
The installation of sound can make user escape from hard, cacophonous machine sounds and thus improve work efficiency
7. Design and interface
It puts an emphasis on design and interfaces; it is designed to use with ease and convenience.
Advantage
- Acne scars, liver spots, and freckles
- Large pores, fine lines, and skin tightening
- Various scars such as burn scars, stretch marks, and keloid scars
- Reorganization of the skin, improvement of pigmented lesions, and soft peeling
- No inconvenience to return to normal life after treatment.
- Excellent treatment effects
- No side effects after treatment
- No risk of burns
Comparison between More-Xel(Stamp-type) and Scanner-type laser
¦ Spot size
-The spot sizes of the More-Xel and scanner-type lasers shows a difference of 20 magnifications
-The spot size of the More-Xel is by far smaller.
¦Decrease in pain
-Unlike scanner types of lasers which employ glass tubes with large and wide spot sizes, those of the More-Xel are small and narrow, which enable the light to penetrate the skin deeply and thus help produce collagen and decrease pain.
Comparison between More-Xel(RF Driver) and Glass Tubes
¦Product life
-In comparison with those of glass tube types, the life of the More-Xel is semi-permanent.
¦Output
-The output of power is stable and steady whether it is used short-time or long-time
- It does not cause any inconvenience while in use.
¦Spot sizes
-It has smaller spot sizes than glass tube type lasers have, which enables deep penetration into the skin.
