Introduction
Emulsion consists of numerous particles dispersed in water (the number of particles 1014/cc, particle size 0.05~0.5µ, surface area 60m2/ml) and can have various physical properties.
With the development of synthesis technologies, we are also developing new products to meet various needs.
Generally-manufactured emulsion is milky white liquid and is mainly used for water-based paint, adhesives, textiles, leather, processed paper, wood, and civil construction. Functional emulsion is applied to pharmaceuticals and medical treatment, information recording paper, photo-sensitive paper, membrane adhesives, functional emulsifiers, plastic pigments, high-functional paints and other sectors.
Currently, new products for new purposes are being developed.
As emulsion is easy and convenient to use and is solvent in water, it is safe from fire. Furthermore, it is a low-pollution material and environmentally-friendly, so demand is on the rise.
Soft, mild and hard non-woven filters.
