Recycling Machine of waste plastics into oil : ECP-2011Waste plastic homogenization is a process to produce oil by heating and decomposing waste plastics in the reverse dirction from manufacturing plastic products using the oil as materials in petrochemical industry.Low temperature pyrolysis is an endothermic system with indirecr heating of the wastes by low temperature under anaerrobic or low oxygen atmosphere and forms unstable radicles with part of the weak adhesion being cut first or a similar structure to the bonding combination of the random torn. Radical reaction is the main feature. Pro-environmental and excellent clean fuel with prominent value as a resource is produced by less generation of pollutant materials in the transformation process of becoming small molecular weight substances through continuous phenomenon of cutting up of the combination while the emergy is being transformed into combining structure of the organics through persistent reactions. ECP-2011(Batch type, New model) : Capacity Max. 1,000 kgs,2,000 kgs and 3,000 kgs / day   Input Material : PP, PE, PS and other waste plastic materials. Characteristics : It is not necessary to clean, separate and shred the waste plastics.                         Recycled oil is re-treated after removing the wax.                         Burner Device, using Oil and Gas together                     Recycled oil and gas generated through the device itself are used as fuel, which reduces the running cost. ECP-2011(Main heat Source : Electricity + Oil) Capacity Max. 1,000 kgs,2,000 kgs and 3,000 kgs / day     In the case of ECP-2011, it is allowed to input even mixed waste plastics like vinyl. Output from ECP-2011 is as follows.Output : Mixed oil (Convert into oil percentage is Approx.75~80% but it depends on the waste plastics type and operation circumstance) The produced oil consists of over 80% of  Kerosens & Diesel grade, about 15% of Naphtha, about 3% of Gas and about 3% of CHAR (coke).
