Description The PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line is designed to produce a high quality Polyethylene Foam Sheet consisting of numerous uniformed micro-cells by injecting a foaming gas and several chemical agents. JIN SUNG MACHINERY's extruder, an integral component of the PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line, melts Polyethylene, thoroughly mixes with a nuclear agent and a blowing gas, cools and transports them to the foam die, enabling an optimal foaming and maximum output. JIN SUNG MACHINERY's unique screw design provides an intensive mixing, enabling the production of quality foam sheets of virtually any cell size and density.
