Roll & Brake Tester

System Overview The objective of Roll & Brake Testing is to provide quality assurance in the end-of-line process; the Tester checks for vehicle faults, proper vehicle assembly, vehicle acceleration performance, and brake performance under operating conditions similar to those found on the road.The Roll & Brake Tester is produced by combining the functions of a two-axle roll tester and a brake tester into one machine; thus, the vehicle's powertrain system and the brake system can be accurately evaluated with one Tester.Designed for sub-surface installation, the deck plate is flush with the plant floor level. This permits quick and easy test cell entry and exit for the driver. After the vehicle has entered the test cell, it is automatically and securely restrained by the retaining rollers for dynamic testing.
