The headlamp beam is collected by the Fresnel lens and forms an image on the measuring plane; the CCD Camera transfers the image to the image processing board for subsequent analysis. The Block features a metal enclosure with hinges and lock for easy maintenance access. CCD Camera : The camera is specially selected for capturing headlamp aim images. The system computer can remotely control the camera's electronic aperture, gain, and gamma through a serial communications link for optimum performance.
