Characteristics The reagent in the dip tank can maintain a fixed water level by operating the tubing pump with a timer. The dip tank is fixed firmly on the water bath using a heater in order for the reagent to maintain a fixed temperature It is designed to clean easily by exchanging tank and roller by reagents. It is manufactured to control temperature individually by zones of dry oven. At the final process, attach edge position controller, which makes roll up even. At the final process, attach encoder and confirm the current amount of work done. Using air shaft in winding makes attachment/detachment of roll easy.
