LEAK TEST Machine

This test airtightness or leakage of casting part, machined part, and assembled part. An object is perfectly sealed, and pressured air is inspired. Leaked air is measured, defects are judged by leakage rate of pressured air.

As for Engine production line, internal structure and external leakage of Cylinder Head, Block and Cam Shaft are tested. After being pluged, airtightness of water jacket is tested. For parts airtightness is critical, this machine is essential.

Upon customer’s request, defected object are soaked in water and visual inspection becomes possible by checking bubbles through defects.
