RF termination is used for the termination of involved signal which is at the end of RF cable to prevent a RF signal which is being reflected back from the end of the cable what cause interference. Termination is usually located at the end of a transmission line and originally designed to match impedance(normally 50 Ohm) and minimize signal reflection to the equipment or communication systems.
