1. PRODUCT SPECIFICATION HOT-FIX Hot-Fix is a garment accessory can be fixed on cloths such as garments, shoes, bags, etc. through thermal conduction. It maximizes the quality, varies the style and differentiates from normal pattern as adhered to the garment items. The typical Hot-Fixes are Rhinestone and Rhinestud (Metallic Octagon). RHINESTONE HOT-FIX Rhinestone is imitation crystal substitutable for expensive jewelries. It is widely used Hot-Fix due to delicate cutting and various colors. RHINESTUD (METALLIC OCTAGON) HOT-FIX Rhinestud is also called Octagon due to its shape. The surface is made of aluminum and it is broadly used because of various colors and lower price than Rhinestone. 2. APPLICATION SPECIFICATION PRESSING TEMPERATURE & TIME It is proper to apply Hot-Fix in temperature 170°C ~ 200°C for 7 ~ 10 seconds by a pressing machine.However it wholly depends on the item type and size. PRESSING PRESSURE There is no accurate pressing pressure of Hot-Fix. It depends on which pressing machine, how strong of the person pressing and which item. PEEL OFF CONDITIONS It would not be peeled off unless you scrach or peel off it on purpose or artificially. But it could be peeled off by metallicity substance. WASHING RESISTANCE There was not a problem when testing the Hot-Fix more than 20 times by an industrial washing machine. 3.
