Introduction

Overview of Automatic Water Disinfectant

As natural waters in ground water, streams, rivers, valleys, etc. are used for drinking and cooking through the water supply pipes, the waters should be disinfected through disinfection and sterilization for the use of safe drinking water, owing to the pathogenic microorganisms such as coli bacteria being latent in such natural waters that not disinfected and causing the waterborne epidemic diseases. However, this injector stores, dissolves, and injects automatically adequate amount of the disinfectant from inside of the machine being driven by the used quantity of water and requiring no electricity.

Effects of Automatic Water Disinfectant

As the polymerized chemical disinfectant of chlorine (Ca(CIO)2) 70%+ lime 30%, the chlorination is necessary and used to be free of pathogenic microorganisms such as coli bacteria being latent in the natural waters. The chlorine is most widely used as the water disinfectant in the world, but with the drawback of unique chlorine smell.

About 100,000 coli bacteria and general bacteria in1mL are sterilized instantly at density of 0.3mg/L and above.

Viable only in 100ml after 5 minutes at 0.2mg/L and completely sterilized in next 10 minutes.

Viable in 50ml after 5 minutes and in 100ml after 30 minutes, but completely sterilized in one hour, at 0.1mg/L

Nothing has been detected in 5ml at all the tests above.

No phenomenon of bacterial resurrection has been appeared during the contact time of 48 hours.
