Introduction

Choo SI, which was newly-launched by Yangchon Persimmon Farming & Agricultural Association Corporation, is the result of reverse-conception for developing persimmon, that is especially effective in relieving the alcoholic poisoning into wine originally.. The ripe persimmon, gathered in late autumn from the persimmon trees grown in the Daedoon mountain's clean environment and nurtured in its great energy, is developed into persimmon wine that captures the Korea's distinct emotion.

Considered as a wine product that emobodies the Korean emotion the most, Choo Si will be placed into the center of the efforts to continue this legacy. We will also turn something very Korean into something global.
