Characteristics of the Misillan Farm Germinated Whole Rice
1) Germinated rice is produced by supplying an appropriate amount of moisture and temperature to organic whole rice until it germinates 1-5mm to maximize the nutrients and function of whole rice while also overcoming the problem of difficult digestion and roughness.
2) We use underground water verified through water quality testing every year to germinate the rice making it unnecessary to wash or soak it in water. Softened, it is chewy, tasty and good for digestion.
3) It has no sour odor of germination, tastes nutty and is rich in highly functional components such as GABA and fiber good for adult diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes.
4) The five color germinated whole rice is made of natural Korean whole rice rich in nutrients to please both the eyes and palate.
5) The Misillan Farm Germinated Whole Rice was jointly developed with the Korean Rural Development Administration.
