DW9714V

10 bit VCM Driver IC with I2C

DW9714V is designed for linear control of Voice Coil Motors (VCM). DW9714V has a single 10-bit DAC with 120mA output current sink capability. This device features Smart Actuator Control(SAC) mode which can minimize the mechanical vibration and achieve faster mechanical settling time.

DW9714V operates from 2.3V to 4.3V supply. The internal DAC is controlled via I2C serial interface that operates at clock rate up to 1MHz. DW9714V offers Power Down(PD) mode with current consumption less than 1uA.

DW9714V can be used for auto focus applications in mobile cameras, digital cameras, web cameras and action cameras.

DW9718S

High Efficiency Driver IC for VCM

DW9718S is designed for linear control of voice coil motors(VCM). DW9718S is a single 10-bit DAC with 100mA output current sinking capability. As well as in lineal mode the part can operate in switched mode, increasing the power efficiency of a typical voice coil auto focus system. This device features Smart Actuator Control (SAC) mode which can minimize the mechanical vibration and achieves faster mechanical settling time.

DW9718S operates from a single 2.3V to 4.8V supply. The internal DAC is controlled via I2C serial interface that operates at clock rate up to 1MHz. DW9718S offers a Power Down(PD) mode with current consumption less than 1uA.

DW9719T

Ultra Slim, High Performance VCM Driver

DW9719T is with small package size and single 10-bit DAC with 100mA output current sinking capability, which is designed for linear control of voice coil motors(VCM), capable of operating voltage up to 4.8V Smart Actuator Control(SAC) mode is applied to minimize mechanical vibrations automatically. SAC mode highly improves the actuator’s settling time and tolerance coverage compared with conventional Linear Slope Controlmode(LSC). DW9719T is controlled via I2C serial interface, which is supported Fast Mode Plus.

DW9719T has a Power On Reset(POR) circuit and power down mode. POR circuit gets to operate when supply power turns on. The output current keeps 0mA until valid register value takes place. During the Power Pown(PD) mode, it consumes max. 1uA.

DW9719T is designed for auto focus applications in mobile cameras, digital cameras, and other nano actuator applications.

DW9800W

H-Bridge Driver IC

DW9800W is designed for linear control of bi-direction voice coil motors(Bi-VCM). DW9800W is a single 10-bit DAC with ±100mA output current sinking capability. DW9800W has Smart Actuator Control (SAC) mode. SAC mode can be applied to minimize the mechanical vibration. SAC mode has improved the actuator’s settling time and wide tolerance coverage compared with conventional Linear Slope Control (LSC) mode.

DW9800W also features an internal reference and operates from 2.3 V to 4.8V supply. DAC is controlled via I2C serial interface that operates at cloak rate up to 400kHz.

DW9800W has Power On Reset (POR) circuit mode. POR circuit gets to operate when supply voltage turns on. The output current keeps 0mA until valid register value takes place. DW9800W offers Power Down(PD) mode that ensure the minimal current (max. 2uA) is consumed in shutdown mode. DW9800W is protected by Thermal Shutdown (TSD) circuit for thermal shock.

This device features Smart Actuator Control (SAC) mode which can minimize the mechanical vibration and achieve faster mechanical settling time. DW9767 operates from a single 2.3V to 3.3V supply. The internal DAC and the eFlash are controlled via an I2C serial interface that operates at clock rate up to 1MHz.

DW9767 offers Power Down (PD) mode with current consumption less than 1uA. DW9767 has software protection feature, which enables to guard against inadvertent writes.
