The purpose of the solution for TFT after the coater is, once again, for hardening of chemicals and removal of sublimate. After the developer the solution assists to harden the developed pattern.

The solution also has features that apply in most application scenarios. The solution has superior temperature control and uniformity. The solution can be used to maintain a level of cleanliness.
