PISTON TYPE COMPRESSOR

It is a small piston type compressor produced in technical cooperation with COMPARE of the United Kingdom. 
This series does not require a separate foundation work for installation due to compact design and it guarantees 100% oil free by adopting the 2 stage compression method.

Features

V-series is the most reliable compressor in terms of 100% oil free compression for food, pharmaceutical, electronic, chemical and process control industry. V-series uses piston ring made from special material of COMPARE of the United Kingdom, containing self-lubricating carbon which does not require separate lubricants. Also, glands in distance piece ensure 100% oil free air with the entire removal of impurities climbing up along the rod.
V-series adopted 2 stage compression method which contributes to the excellent energy saving and efficiency of compression. Air cooled and water cooled type of compressor can be selected according to the customers’ need. 
The detailed design and the lightization of all parts make easy repair and maintenance which minimizes downtime at a regular shutdown.
