DurasealZERO Sealer:

DURASEALZero™ is a state-of-the-art, industrial strength proprietary formulation that coats concrete with a chemically bonded acrylic film that deepens colors and enhances the look of pigmented or decorative concrete. It contains no solvents and its V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Content) is Zero as determined by independent laboratory testing done in accordance with EPA Method 24. DURASEALZero™ is suitable for application to above grade, dense or porous masonry surfaces, for new or old concrete and can be applied to both dry and slightly damp surfaces.

KEY ADVANTAGES:

DURASEALZero™ resists discoloration from ultraviolet light exposure and keeps its gloss finish longer than standard concrete sealers. It will retard efflorescence while resisting oil, grease, chemical, and food stains. It helps to eliminate concrete dusting while protecting against salt and water penetration and greatly improves the resistance of concrete to damage from Freeze/Thaw.

DURASEALZero™ prevents moisture intrusion and black mold from occurring.

DURASEALZero™ is impermeable to water vapor and also shows superior resistance to acid rain, alkalis, acids, ultraviolet light and staining, ensuring a long lasting barrier. It minimizes iron staining by preventing reinforcing steel from corroding and deteriorating.

DURASEALZero™ dries in 20 to 40 minutes, can be sprayed, rolled or brushed on and cleans up easily with water. It provides excellent coverage, from 100’ to 300’ per gallon depending on surface texture.
