Pin Brazing is melting a brazing material with an arc current until it reaches a temperature whereby it can be stuck to the surface of a pipe or a rail, minimizing its electrical resistance. It is the latest technique for minimizing the pipe or main material deterioration. In the case of buried pipes, Pin Brazing performs better than cad welding for insulating connection or corrosion-resistant lead wire. It allows a minute current to flow smoothly through the signal line of a subway or a railroad. When it is necessary to prevent corrosion by the use of external power, it is possible to connect test lines without digging a wide area in the ground.
