TD Process

This is a surface hardening technique by melting-salt deposition developed from JAPAN TOYOTAs institute.

This method produces a carbide on the surface of hardness through deposition of high temperature melting-salt. mold and zig for press mold and zig for extruder and drawing mold for metal pattern and forging making shape of the powder, rubber and plastic every kind of zig every kind of machine parts can form a coating layer and hardening inside at once re-treatment available (got experience of 8 times) a uniform coating available regardless of form as there isnt change of a harsh surface, can use as it can control of a carbide thickness regardless of a sort of material, the quality of layer is fixed(composition, tissue and nature of the layer are fixed)
