1. Scope This specification is applied Polyesteimide over coated polyamide-imide enamelled round aluminium winding wires which are used for electrical and electronic equipments. 2. Temperature Index : (220°C) 3. Class and Symbol The class and symbol of the wires shall be as follows: Class Symbol Polyesteimide over coated polyamide-imide enamelled round aluminium winding wires of Class 1 AL 1AI-EIW 4. Conductor and Insulating film 4-1 ConductorThe Conductor of the wire shall be the annealed aluminium wire specified in JIS C 3102 for class 1 wires, and the annealed aluminium wire specified in JIS C 3103 4-2 Insulating filmThe insulating film of the wire shall be made by baking Polyesteimide over coated polyamide-imide varnish on the conductor uniformly and perfectly.The film shall be harmless to the conductor, shall have sufficient durability, and shall be solderable without removal of the film.The insulating film shall be natural colored, as a rule.However, when it is necessary to color it artificially, red or green color shall be used. 5. Dimensions The conductor diameter and its tolerance, the minimum film thickness and maximum overall diameter shall meet the values specified in Appendix A 6. Characteristics The characteristics of the wires shall comply with the following table, when tasted by clause 7.
