WONIL's base dies are designed to harmonize with single-screw extruder for maximum output and to meet the specific requirements of the products. Gearing them precisely to extruder throughput capacity and melt flow in the die, allowing for a defined dwell time, is guaranteed to achieve outstanding product quality.
