Brief Description Adjusted capacity on client's request with ASME-BPE standard, Cylindrical structure, PLC and Mettler Toledo controller and etc. Detailed Description Designed and manufactured to meet int'l standard, ASME-BPE, and so, has no contamination, corrosion, and wear and has cylindrical structure to have no physical and chemical alteration under high temperature and high pressure, and easy to perform operation and maintenance. Feed vessel and additional vessel can be freely located by condition of the site, and adopted highly reliable pH controller and DO controller of Metller Toledo(Swiss) to measure and control accurate control parameter, and thus, with higher durability, it can provide easy maintenance. Main control system adopted PLC to cover long time operation, and monitoring and control can  be performed thru computer software. Jacket is established on the surface of the vessel to control temperature during cultivation, and maintaining temperature can be handled either thru electrical method or steam method. To attach best stirring efficiency, impellor and baffle is designed based on very accurate calculation to enable to control stirring speed, and loaded double mechanical seal can reduce the potentials of contamination to minimum. Capacity of vessel can be added by customer's request, and auto head-lifter can be added as option. Not only pressure vessel test, we are performing our own ultra sonic test to inspect welding status, and so to provide best sealing capacity.
