Waste Tires Pyrolysis Incinerating Plant

Waste Tires Pyrolysis Incinerating Plant

Waste Tires Pyrolysis Incinerating Plant Made in Korea

Description

Applications UsageWaste Processing Industries for waste tires, waste synthetic rubber, waste leather, Polymer waste, and all kinds of waste rubber and plastics All industrial factories using heat as an energy source can use this plant as an alternative heat source using waste rubber and plastic materials. Technical Data and Information Process DescriptionOur pyrolysis gasification system by combustion heat with little amount of air has different characteristics from conventional systems that have an outside heat source within a closed system. It can increase heat efficiency due to the absence of outside heat supply required for pyrolysis in conventional type and recovery of remaining heat. The pyrolysis gas from our system is sent by duct through an air mixing apparatus to the inside of the boiler equipped with a second combustion room. Then the excess air volume ratio is reduced by gas burner. In this section, highly efficient combustion can be achieved by holding time of the gas in combustion room. The pyrolysis incinerating system is comprised of a lifter system to transport wasted plastic and polymer materials from outside, pyrolysis pipe producing pyrolysis gas, gas transportation system, a boiler to produce steam by using the transferred gas as fuel and environment protection system. It is critical that factors be in place and functioning to control combustion and incineration. These factors are temperature, holding time and turbulence of air mixing condition. The well-adjusted and controlled combination of these three factors boosts operation efficiency, but, other scenarios decrease efficiency. It would be remarkable that when wasted plastic materials and or rubber-related materials are heated, their moisture evaporates and then, dried wastes can be burn with higher heat. This results in gasification by the pyrolysis process, with the charred remains being coverted to ash after oxidation. This process is repeated over and over. The temperature of each section differs according to the type of wasted materials used. Estimates are shown below, Below 200°C in drying section Below 700°C in pyrolysis section Below 1,000°C in gasification section Above 1,000°C in combustion section It would be advisable that oil and gas produced by pyrolysis process in the absence of oxygen are good fuel with high calories, while pyrolysis gas has a low calorie rate of 3,000 Kcal/Nm3. Process Flow Diagram Technology Transfer with Training Program The Company will provide the Owner with the latest technology and operational exper tise for the effective management of the Plant in addition to the training of the Owner's engineers and skilled workers at the Plant site and or in Korea, when required.
