PRODUCT DESCRIPTION By using the theory of high frequency induction heating, this equipment is designed and manufactured to coat powder paint on the surface of coil through the process of deeping on coater box after heating field coil, made of bronze. This equipment, as semi-auto type, is largely composed of product supply part, high frequency heating part, deeping zone where the products are virtually coated, blowing zone where powder paint is blown out with air after deeping. Process, a drying brazier hardening completely coated products, and discharge part through which dried products are discharged. In addition to this, the equipment has a chiller to cool off high frequency induction heater, dust collector which supplies and collects powder paint, cyclone collector, powder feeder, and other auxiliary equipments.
