ProductOverview

RONDO COTTON sound absorption interior board pursues elegant acoustic design. It is made of 100% natural cotton using micro yarn technology which is applied onto a nature inorganic perforated board with an optimal porosity rate creating a compressed board. This allows for high acoustic absorption.

This innovative board has an excellent interior sound retardant finishing material which allows for better absorptivity and articulation. At the same time, the board also helps to eliminate diffusion and reverberation which would normally arise from the perforations of the panel.

A Product with Quality

The structure of the cotton on the Rondo panel makes for high absorptivity for all sound bandwidths: low, medium, and high. This is due to its optimum perforations. (Please refer to attached Test Certificate)

Along with exceptional functionality, the RONDO COTTON Board is made up of a natural and inorganic board which contains no harmful matter and controls mold and germ build up.

The RONDO COTTON holds to an excellent degree of environmental standards and allows for a creative display of various colors and types of COTTON.

This product with the second degree of flame retardant material and the second degree of fabric allows self-extinguish, release no poisonous gas and no flame when burning.

A single ply of RONDO COTTON board can be used as a substitute for existing construction methods such as double ply gypsum plaster or plywood and gypsum plaster board due to the fact that it is stable and sturdy. This alone can significantly reduce labor cost and construction periods. The construction period is also shortened because the RONDO COTTON is both light and easy to cut which allows the Taka method to be used.

The RONDO COTTON interior sound-absorbing board provides flexibility which allows for maximum interior effect with plentiful choices of color, structure, materials, etc. It also provides much better safe environment for workers and users by using no harmful material to the body
