Calpet (Calcium carbonate)

In order to costs and performance matters, calpet has been used in PP bag and PE bag industry.  Our products has been well developed with good technology and dosage is different from conventional Calpet. 1. General information    Each serious of SF is distingushed from particle size of CaCO3.    Components of Calpet are Calcium carbonate, Resin(PP, HDPE), Wax, etc   2. Application / Dosage    PP bag type (Sand bag, 1MT PP woven bag): PP resin 80~85% & CALPET 15~20%    HDPE shopping bag: HDPE resin 75~80% + CALPET 20~25%    Plastic Injection: PP resin 80~85% + CALPET 15~20%    * As per bag facility difference, each dosage per factory can be different.   3. Benefit of Calpet    - Save costs with the same or better performance (10~15%)    - Eco-Friendly (Main materials of Calpet is calcium carbonate, CaCO3)    - Calpet can be substituted totally or partialy from PP, HDPE.   You can check each series of grade as attached
