Description Rheoflow LP-4500 is silicone free, non-ionic high molecular weight surface active agents. It is 100% solids, chemically stable and have excellent dispersibility in a wide range of paint systems. It is utilized in the advanced paint technologies including high solids coatings, Powder coatings and UV cured systems as surface modifiers. Composition Acrylic copolymer Properties Non-volatile matter >98.5% Viscosity(23°C) 1200~2000cps Appearance Clear, high viscous liquid Density(25°C) 1.02±0.02g/cm3 Advantages Very good flow and levelling properties. Good adhesion and flexibility. Act as defoamer. Good compatibility with other resins. Prevent cratering, pinholes, fish eyes and another surface defects. Good film appearance and recoatable properties. Applications (Powder coating) Powder coatings - Acrylics, Epoxies, Polyester and Urethanes - Hybrid systems High solid coatings and UV-coatings Nitrocellulose lacquers Chlorinated coatings etc.. Recommended Amounts and Incorporation Methods For solvent based and high-solids coatings : 0.1 ~ 0.5% by weight of total formulation under stirring.
