Etching Regulator for Wet Etching

Various etching regulators are recently used for wet etching of electronic materials. Most of the regulators are exported and expensive ones, Tetra-zoie series. SC-EA230 is advanced functional additives (synthetic chemicals) which can replace the existing chemicals. It can control etching speed and taper angle during wet etching in the LCD/PDP/Semiconductor etching process. It also prevent re-adsorption of metal ion so that the defects due to residue can be reduced.
