Descriptions ACRYSOL-TT935 Acrysol TT-935 synthetic thickener provides a low cost/high performance alternative to cellulosic thickeners in flat latex paints. Not only is Acrysol TT-935 lower in cost than most commonly used grades of cellulosic and modified HEC thickeners, it provides paints with outstanding resistance to roller spattering and better film build and leveling in most formulations. Acrysol TT-935 is easy to handle and incorporate into the paint and is highly resistant to attack by microbes and their enzymes, thereby avoiding viscosity loss, one of the most costly problems encountered by latex paint manufacturers. ACRYSOL-TT615 Acrysol TT-615 is an acrylic alkali swellable associative thickener which exhibits viscosity build comparable to high molecular weight cellulosic thickeners(HEC). Viscosity build occurs by neutralization to a pH of 7 to 10. The product demonstrates a higher degree of roller spatter resistance than the cellulosic but with a more pseudoplastic rheology profile.Acrysol TT-615 is effective in improving the low shear viscosity, resulting in paints that have greater resistance to sagging and viscosity loss upon dilution. ACRYSOL ASE-60 The Acrysol ASE series is comprised of acid-containing acrylic emulsion copolymers that are supplied at high solids and low viscosities. When neutralized with alkali, these products become clear, highly viscous solutions. This product can be easily blended to obtain intermediate rheology. ACRYSOL RM-5 Acrysol RM-5 acrylic alkali soluble emulsion is a rheology modifier designed to improve the brush and roller application properties of latex paints. This highly efficient product promotes excellent flow and leveling by proving minimal viscosity in the low shear range. ACRYSOL RM-825 Acrysol RM-825 is an extremely efficient nonionic associative thickener supplied as a low viscosity solution, allowing for bulk handling and easy of incorporation, thereby reducing raw material and production-related costs.Acrysol RM-825 can be used in both interior and exterior paints formulations.
